There is no contact form here on purpose. CollectorX is run by one person, and a form would only be a second inbox to forget about — this way you can see exactly who you are writing to, and the reply comes from the same place.

• A question that looks wrong. A mistyped option, a missing line, an answer key that does not match the official one, or an explanation that misses the point. Send the question and what you think is wrong. These get priority — the whole claim of this product is that the questions are real and the answers are official, and an error in either is the one thing that undermines it.
• Something broken. A duel that hung, a score that looks wrong, a screen that would not load. What you were doing and roughly when is enough to find it in the logs.
• Your data. A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion of your account. See the privacy policy for what deletion does and what is kept. This is also the grievance route the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires.
• Legal notices. Including anything about the questions or their sources.
• Another user behaving badly. Tell us who and what happened.

A person, not a ticket number, and not immediately. The aim is a reply within a few days. Data requests are carried out within seven days where possible and within thirty at the outside, which is what the Act requires. If something is urgent — an account you have lost access to, or a security problem — say so at the top and it will be read first.

If you report a security issue, please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing it. You will be credited if you would like to be.

CollectorX is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or officially connected with the Union Public Service Commission or any government agency. All question papers are sourced from publicly available official archives.

This address cannot help with anything about the examination itself — your application, your admit card, your result. Those are UPSC’s, and we have no connection to them and no way to reach them on your behalf.
